Getting Started

Creating your ProFolio takes only 4 steps. Follow along with this step-by-step guide.

What you need:

• Email address
• Profile photo
• Device with a camera (laptop webcam, smartphone, or desktop with external webcam)
• 15 minutes of time in a quite well lit area (for best video results)

Step 1: Basic details about you

Make sure the information is accurate, as it will be displayed on your ProFolio.

✨ProFolios Copilot will take the information you provided and generate a first draft for your About You section of your ProFolio. You can further edit the generated text to your liking. You can always edit this later.

Step 3: Creating your introduction video

Pre-film Checklist

1. Ensure your background is clear and you are well-lit for best video results.
2. Select your prompts (or choose no prompts)
3. Preview and Select background music (or choose no background music)
4. TAKE A DEEP BREATH AND RELAX — You can easily preview and redo your video at any time

✨ProFolios Copilot makes video easy with a simple and powerful teleprompter built right into ProFolios so you can be authentic and cover all your talking points.

You can edit your notes for each upcoming recording so you have the exact thoughts you want right in front of you!

✨ProFolios Copilot teleprompter allows you to adjust the scroll speed so it matches your natural speaking pace.

When you are ready to record, click the 🔴 red button.

Once complete, you can stop the recording and preview your video and either record again or save the video to your ProFolio.

Step 4: Preview your ProFolio

Your ProFolio is ready, and its only just the beginning! You can edit all of your previous inputs during the initial onboarding, including your videos!
